Over the next two years, we have a lot of money to raise to bring our opera project, Nellie Cressall, to fruition. We have already raised £45,000 from several generous donors, but there’s still a long way to go!

This project will feature a professional cast and orchestra in a full production with three performances, alongside singers and band members from the community.

To pull it off, we’ll need to raise over £150,000 before September 2027. We are quietly confident that we can raise more than half of this from both existing and other funders we are yet to approach.

This money will go to pay our creative team and our singers and orchestra, our creative and technical teams: director, designers, stage managers, production manager. It will enable us to hire a fitting venue for this inspirational story, and to make sure it reaches the widest possible audience.
